Staying Focused: What We Choose Not to Fund
As a charitable organization, the BAPU Foundation is committed to ensuring that our resources are used effectively and ethically to support our mission and vision. While we deeply value compassion and care, we also remain focused and accountable in how we allocate our support.
In general, the Foundation does not provide grants directly to individuals, except in specific cases outlined within select grant programs.
To maintain clarity, focus, and integrity, we do not fund the following:
Organizations or projects operated for profit or personal financial gain.
Campaigns, lobbying, or initiatives aimed at influencing legislation or political outcomes.
Except in narrowly defined programs, we do not provide funding to individuals directly.
Projects intended solely for religious purposes or evangelism.
Proposals lacking a clear implementation plan, measurable outcomes, or sufficient documentation to ensure accountability and transparency.
These guidelines help us remain true to our mission — ensuring that every resource we invest creates lasting, compassionate impact for elders in need.
